Sometimes I can see what is contained in the spirit of a piece of wood and I work to allow it to emerge into view. These are a few of the 50+ works in the studio or acquired by collectors. I'm always producing new work and will update the studio as they emerge.
Large Compositions
These are organic creations and taking care of them is important to maintain the integrity and condition of the art. Where possible, the works have been searched and treated, but weather, humidity, moisture, sunlight and extreme exposures will impact the health of these works. Great attention is given to carving unique pieces. If there is a particular theme or context you'd like the explore, I'll see what comes out of the wood stocked in the studio, or, in some cases, will work with what you provide.
