Eligibility for Returns

    •    Returns are accepted for all standard (non-custom) wood sculptures within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

    •    Custom or commissioned sculptures are not eligible for return or refund, as these are made to order and materials are sourced specifically for your project.

 

How to Initiate a Return

    •    Contact us within 30 days of receiving your sculpture to request a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

    •    We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

 

Return Conditions

    •    The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

    •    If the original packaging is unavailable, you are responsible for ensuring the sculpture is securely repacked for safe return shipment.

    •    Used or altered sculptures will not be accepted for return or refund.

 

Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    •    Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damage in transit.

 

Restocking Fee

    •    A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.

    •    If the sculpture is returned damaged or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or offer a partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

    •    If your sculpture arrives damaged or is not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

    •    In cases of damage or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection of the item.

 

Refund Timeline

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Exceptions

    •    Custom, commissioned, or personalized sculptures are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

    •    Sale or promotional items may not be eligible for return.
